• Regional & outlying areas: 3–5 business days 

• A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is on its way 

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. No product name or description appears on the outside. 

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and hygiene reasons. 

• Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. (contact us first)

• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced free of charge. (notify us within 48 hours with a photo)

• Lost orders are investigated and resolved at no cost to you.
